Actual data I believe is < 2 GB if you continue you would probably be OK, as long as image data is not fragmented. But if you want to play safe, just get a 16 GB card and use that to image. No SD card has exactly the capacity they claim to have. I guess, other option would be to re-generate...

Something similar happened to me too, where solo controller wifi name would flip flop between two different names, I assumed this was my phone issue.

Right, pin 1 and 2 are usb ports to imx6 I am not sure what those are for? Possibly standard USB

Sorry I did not clarify myself. I meant is there a serial port on Solo that we can connect to via any client, putty would be one of the clients.

I searched, but could not get the answer, this may have been asked and answered. So I apologize in advance. Has anyone figured out a way to attach a serial console to solo and controller? Currently we need a working system to ssh.

I would suggest reseting solo and controller again. Controller shouldn't say updating after every reboot. Reset by powering the controller down, and then press fly and power button and wait, it would say updating it will finish the update don't do anything just wait it will start updating...

I agree with you, I posted the message, because I see several people having this issue, I see people swapping the drone using their warranty in the end. I thought it would be helpful. May be no one actually looked into it deeper like I did. I could have done the same, but then I would not learn...
