ok - up until now due to lack of time - i have not purchased filters for my SOLO gopro - i think i held off possibly because i saw a lot of balancing issues, question related problems. what sayest thou, thou excellent chappies?

what's cool - if I understand correctly - you have another option as a backup to your SOLO or the other way - no matter. but if you can take the other copter - bet you get massive amounts of cool footage! have a wonderful trip regardless.

they are amazing on phone. pick your bloke, stick with him and he becomes your mechanic. they want the info on what goes WRONG as much as what goes right, they really want the SOLO to be best in class.

yes - good to be curious pop the hood and get as familiar with every inch inside and out - if you're already not. it's so easy to get discouraged. we're flying a quad copter in whatever air is thrown up for us to use... i had it off gps once and realised how little i know about SOLO's abilities...

oh - i forgot to mention the time lapse pit crew // crowd building scenes are always cool. and get the sun rising and setting over the track as a sweetener. ;)

Yes. It is supposed to work. But when I first tried follow and attempted to set the angle for the camera the camera reset itself to 0° and I had to back out of the smart shot to get control of the gimbal.
