Thank you for the reply! It was working earlier in the day so I'm pretty sure it's not #1 but #2 definitely sounds like it may be the cause, not sure why I didn't consider that earlier. I'll be taking it out again tomorrow so I'll double check it then.

Hi all, been having this problem intermittently over the last few weeks. Around 50% of the time I will start up the solo, gopro and app my phone and not be able to access settings or start recording on the gopro. I can still control the gimble and am getting a live feed through from the gopro...

Ok, so I triple checked the pairing with the controller, and it was all paired (issue was still occurring) and then somewhere in the midst of the restarting various devices it started working... not sure how it started working, but it did, so I'm stoked. Thanks everyone for the help! Very much...

Thank you both for the suggestions, I will start with re-pairing the controller and if need be do a factory reset (after contacting 3dr)

Hi all, brand new here so sorry if this has already been answered previously (I did do a look through the forum but couldn't find an answer). I have been setting up my Solo and have found that whilst the controller is connecting through (I can control the gimble) the app will not recognise it...
