Solo's stock battery is a 5200mah 4s pack. It's pretty trivial to modify BMS to use any appropriate 4s 5200ish mah battery. It's less trivial to make it all look good.

Has anyone looked into using these files to print a new battery case yet? I've only just built my first printer but it's on my list of things to try soon:

Not yet personally, i was looking into it before but never got to it. Honestly it would probably be easier to print upside down kinda like a bowl shape so you dont have a huge overhang or waste a bunch of filler material

No. Please read basics about batteries.
Imagine a water fall. Volts are the height of the water fall and mAh are the width of it and the amount of water that falls down per hour. If you add up several water falls you have more height but the width does not change. You need 5200mAh cells.
Nope. You need a 5200mAh 4s battery if you want to match the original spec.
