i have a rolling video so im sure it's a hdmi issue

You may not need to replace the cable. Look in this forum for "foam block mod". Some Solos can benefit from reseating the HDMI and adding a foam block to support it.
I do this mod on all my Solos if I have the motherboard out. Only takes an extra couple minutes.
