I had a problem with my camera gimbal. It would disconnect in flight and was making lots of noise. I contacted 3dr by email and got an answer in one day. They told me to video the problem in flight and post on YouTube, and send them the video. In two days 3dr sent me a postage paid email for fedex. Returning the gimbal to FedEx for shipping, and they sent me a new one in three days. Thanks, 3dr, great service. Everything is up and running again. Gary
