Solo gimbal led goes red when I start the motors

the gimbal seems fine and the led is green until I hold fly to start the motors then the led on the gimbal is red when I take off the led turns to flashing red do you think if I replace the gimbal this issue would be resolved or could it be an issue with the wiring to the drone. I already talked to support and they sent me a label to send it in to repair..

There's really no way to tell without examining your Solo.
