Second Solo

Just picked up a 2nd Solo because of the BB deal. Two quick questions: do people actively use more than one and if so why/how? If not, are the kept mostly for spare parts?

Second question - I was lucky enough to get Rev B GPS and leg extenders with the first Solo I bought. This one is Rev A and no extensions. Any recourse from Mfg?

I would recommend you atleast take the second one down and shake it down
Make sure everything works
I flew mine for about 10 flights to make sure everythinng worked then boxed it back up for safe keeping
Mine will utlimately get the new cube and be flying on arducopter rather thant 3DR firmware
but if I were to loose solo 1 it would be reverted back as my primary solo
