Pixhawk flight log in EnsoMosaic

Hi all,

I have just bought a 3dr solo with the pixhawk 2 controller and am looking at aerial surveying. The software I'd like to use to orthorectify the imagery is EnsoMosaic, but I'm wondering if anyone has some experience creating the EnsoMosaic .TRP & .GPS files from pixhawk's log files? At the moment I am thinking about writing a python script to read the log file and spit out the information for the .TRP & .GPS file, but wondering if anyone else has a solution?
