No power to new gimbal

Gents, any reason why there's no power to the gimbal? The connectors are in properly (I think), software is up to date and everything is as it should be. The controller shows 'no gimbal connected'. This is a brand new solo and gimbal.

Do you have the camera installed and turned on?

I installed a brand new gimbal this morning, after updating all firmware. On first boot up I got "no gimbal connected". I shut down controller, app and solo. Restarted gopro, then app, controller and then solo. All good now.

Hiya guys. I appreciate the replies. Turns out it was a loose live wire in the gimbal control connector
