I liked that article but who will be responsible when a UAV is shot out of the sky and it falls on someone? I mean (Scenario) the drone operator was in complete control of his bird when someone else took it out. albeit in an area that may have had restrictions, but no need to put any more lives in danger.

We've had a really bad forest fire season here. There have been multiple times when they couldn't fly bucketing helicopters or planes because of some douchebags flying their drones over a restricted fire zone thus letting the fire burn. I'm all for this, shoot the things down and then fine the jerks.
