My SOLO was returned to Best Buy

The solo not starting after a click means one of the motor pods is faulty. Pay close attention to which one clicks and take it out . Try to start Solo and see if it starts up. You will have to get a replacement motor pod or see if there is something stopping it from spinning. The solo will shut down if it detects a faulty pod. The online manual shows how to remove and install the pod.

Ok, it was a faulty motor pod. Should I take it back to Best Buy or try to get another one through 3DR?

I would try 3DR and see if they can get you one right out. Looks like BB stock is pretty limited. If there was one near you, then I'd take it back for a swap.
