Just got done with one of the most knwledgeable Solo phone techs I've dealt with. He's solid on it. His name is Leonard.
Let's give good help their well deserved kudos and props.
Great to read, 3DR seems to be working on past mistakes. Wil say throughout this process (I pre-ordered) techs and CS have been knowledgable and try to help. Perhaps some not so much, but have always had great ones!
 
Also, I don't personally know any other company in the same field that has support available 24/7. Good job, Mauiwind, on giving credit where it is due.
