I've posted a link to this before, and today a new update arrived that made it a whole lot better.
iOS pilots, it ain't free, but it's as close to Tower as you can get.

Are you using this with the ipad and iphone together, or just Mav link, and drop in an out of Solo App on the same device?

I'm 13 bucks in the hole, just put a Mav Pilot question over in Solo Help.
I am arming to get the app to auto set Home point, but do I need to disarm to upload the mission?

I haven't used it too much, really - I normally use Tower - but it seems logical that you'd need to disarm first.
I'll really put Mav Pilot through the wringer later tonight and see how everything works out.

That would be great if you can take a look, not sure what I am missing.
Setting home point, and looking to run mission with 3-4 waypoints, that is it.

I was just looking at the app in App Store. Noticed there was an updated release on 12/18. Not sure when anyone here downloaded their copy, but might be an update for you. Shows some solo fixes in this update.
