Live stream with solex and hero4 silver

ok so I'm new with Solex. My issue may be simple but I'm connected to sololink but sometimes my live stream works and sometimes it doesn't. I'm connected and it says ready for takeoff but no dice on the live stream. It works then it doesn't. What am I doing wrong?
I also I have an android tablet. Restart and unplug the GoPro and after a few times of messing with the restarts it works. But not sure what I need to do

I find that if I power on the GoPro, Solo, and controller (in that order) and then connect my tablet to Solo Link, then open the app I consistently get good video.
