I've been looking at this Mitec 4 port multi charger, would it be overkill for our drone batteries? This single charging with 5 batteries is for the birds and at $50 a pop the stock chargers aren't very cost effective for what you get. If I could charge 4 batteries at home or on the road it could prove very useful. If I can accomplish this cheaper I'm all for it, I haven't been into RC since before the lithium days so I'm a little behind the curve.

the problem with most lipo chargers are that they are balancing chargers
you don't need that with solo batteries as the balancing circuit is built in,.
You would be better off just buying a couple 3dr chargers.
I have 5 batteries and three chargers. Bought 1 outright, and use the charger from my second solo for three chargers

That's what I thought, I'll have two chargers once I purchase my second solo, was hoping I could find a better option and offset the cost putting that on eBay.
Been tempted to build this. Should be pretty strait forward even if you don't have much in the way of electronic skills. GM Multi - Solo Charger
