GoPro Trigger setup on Mission Planner

Please can someone advise me on the Mission Planner setup required to trigger a GoPro 4 Hero Black. I am relatively new to Solo but I do have some experience with Mission Planner running on fixed wing aircraft.

I would like to try flying survey grids using Mission Planner and cannot get the GoPro to trigger. I have not tried it in flight on auto but when testing the trigger from the Flight Data page there is no response. The Gopro works fine when triggered from the 3dr Solo app.

The GoPro should trigger from Mission Planner. Make sure the GoPro is in camera mode (not video). Turn off auto record if using the Solex app. Make sure the correct camera model is selected in the app.
I'll have to give it a try. It has been a while since I've done this.
Also sometimes my Hero 4 Black gets a little cranky and needs to be reset by pulling the GoPro battery and replacing it.
