Gopro help

I am using a samsung tab 4 with my solo also have tried the iphone 6+ and have read and tried everything I can find. All I get is a 1 second blip on the tab and then a black screen do I call solo or is it something I don't know about the tab all my other products are apple.totally confused flying in a neighborhood and need the video feed

I was having an issue with the screen also yesterday.. Plugged the GoPro in and all was fine, then a few minutes later while in the air, the screen went black. Brought the Solo back, found the connection was not totally secure. All was fine for the remainder of the flight.

Try changing to 1080 Medium 30 fps
