Just a question, bought a gimbal , new but second hand, and after installing it in my new no2 solo it decided during the update procedure(orange glow led) to give up and go into the dreaded slow glow red led state. Spoke to 3dr support and its a return to seller which I cant do. Perils of buying second hand and then having to install and update. tried my other gimbal from my original solo on the new solo and all good. So my question is, there isnt any reset button on the gimbal, and according to support, doing a reset on the solo itself wont reset the gimbal. So there is either a big skip outside 3drs office where they lob these dodgy gimbals or someone some where knows how to get life back into them? Any ideas, is there a super brain somewhere who can save all these unloved gimbals. it would make a useless paper weight and so maybe just lob in the bin and move on? comments appreciated.
