wonder if this can be modded and used as a autofocus for the new dji mavic

I'm using solex now no problems..it's way better than the 3DR app. Simple to do orbit it does things the Solo app cant

The Mavic has adjustable focus and he posted on twitter after the video was released that he finally found out, adjusted it and the video was much better. If i was on the market for another drone this would be on the top of my list

on my mini 2 (non cellular) I load maps when connected to wifi before i leave home. unlike android there is no button it saves the maps i look at when hooked up to wifi.

the display is 720p. One thing you have to keep in mind is this is not a replacement for solo or phantoms. Gopro designed this as a "accessory" for their cameras. everything seems designed around ease and speed of use, you can keep the props on in the backpack just quickly unfold it and push 2...

OK so what's your point, Karma was designed for portability if you want something with long legs fly a solo or phantom.

As short as the legs are there is still more clearance under the gimbal than solo.

There is legs, they used the "blanket" to minimize dirt on the lense. As far as the lanyard goes I don't see it as a deficiency the controller is probably lighter than a solo or dji with a tablet on it and I'd say most people don't use one on them.

I thought the sitescan was but not the escadrone gimbal...

one thing I don't see is vibration dampeners...I wonder how they keep jello out of the footage

ive got them on mine, I went to NAPA and bought a o-ring that fits over the GoPro lens and keeps the filter from pushing all the way back. I will take a picture when I get home from work and post it.
