This shouldn't be nothing to worry about. There are hundreds of companies that sell quad copters. This only gives a future purchaser another choice.

Mines is telling me that there is No Gimbal installed, even after installing it. All switches work on my controller.

Interesting, I got a email back from Miguel Carral telling me that I was in the third batch, so I'm guessing that mines will be shipping at the end of this week or next week Monday, who knows :)

He is correct. I work in the airline industry and seen plenty bird, lightning, and hail strikes and the damage done to AFCT"aircraft" on arrival. Most likely at the speed the passenger carrier planes are going damage to the engines would be minimal and these quads would be sucked in just like a bird
