    I was not landing in manual mode. It did the same thing yours did, flipped on its back , rev'ed up , and shut down.

    Flying my solo today,no wind at all. I was landing it with new software uploaded this morning , and it flipped upside down at 20% battery life. This is the second time it did it in 7 months. Anyone have the same issue? Sent the flight log to 3dr, see what they say.

    Took my solo out for a flight today trying to land at 5% battery on uneven ground it flipped nothing broken. I was wondering if it flipped because it was on un level ground and battery was low. Also it was not in manual mode.

    I mounted my GoPro to the frame mount of the solo and it froze up the first time I used it,reset it and worked good. Today I installed the gimbal and attached the GoPro,it froze up again reset it again and works fine. Has this happened to anyone else?

    Thanks SteveP , I don't have the gimbal hooked up yet, but I tried with the set up that came with the solo, and I couldn't record while it was in flight.

    Hi there,I'm new to the 3dr solo. My question is "can you start and stop recording on the solo app while it's in flight or do I have to hit the record button on my GP hero 4 black just before it takes off ?"
