Here's how I solved the problem. I went out and bought a new iPad mini with cellular and gave my old iPad to my wife as a present. Now I'm the caring husband and I get satellite feedsvon my Solo. Perfect solution!

Have an iPad mini 2 without wifi that I use with my Solo. If I make my iPhone 6 a hotspot, can I get Maps inflight or do I have to trade up to an iPad mini with cellular? I got to different parks around Pennsylvania and it is going to be a pain to download maps of places beforehand ( if I can)...

On the GoPro. Did it mess up the Gopro? Should I reformat my card? As you can see, I'm new to all of this. LOL By the way, power was interrupted to the Gopro in the excitement after the crash.

So, I had my fist crash with a tree limb and lost one of the rubber foot tips on the right rear foot. When I examined the rear of the leg there is a wire sticking out of a black plastic tube seated in the leg in the rear of the leg. Is this normal? Do I just have to replace the foot tip? How bad...
