Customer service told me yesterday that it would be 6 weeks from time of order to receive the parts. They have not clue what they are doing.

I contacted customer service this Monday and last night they responded that the parts are now "cleared", whatever that means. And, they will send me information when they ship. Maybe I will get them some time in September.... Moral of the story, they have no idea how to go about setting up...

I found a battery sold by Best Buy on eBay at the regular price last week. Arrived yesterday. They are still showing up on Ebay now. So if you need one and are not waiting for a free one, and your local Best Buy does not have them, then Ebay works.

Same here. Ordered a motor pod last week. They charged my card then nothing.
