just purchased a 16gb Ipad Mini 2 with ATT service for $229 at Best Buy. from what the salesman told me, quantities are limited and you need to activate a new line of service for 2 yrs. I don't think you can find a better deal on an LTE version of the ipad mini. Not sure if other carriers apply

did you make sure the GoPro was seated in the mount correctly and the HDMI cable was pushed all the way in? if you don't seat the camera fully into the mount it can prevent the cable from being seated properly in the port
