Have you tried pulling the controller battery and trying again? Also maybe try pulling the controller battery and running off DC power while you do the update. Solo controllers work in mysterious ways but once they get set up they are fairly reliable.

The real question is how you know you are getting that additional minute? Are you flying inside? How are you controlling for other variables? As far as changing the battery goes, be careful--some of the battery volume stuff may be written into Solo's code so you could maybe have problems if...

Another I think a reason people aren't really talking about these parachute systems is a lot of the time it wouldn't make much difference since people are flying at lower altitudes and pretty much the only time you'd need this is in a motor/prop/battery failure situation which is uncommon...
