WiFi Vanished

Hi,
I wonder if anyone can tell me why the wifi has vanished - no solo link? All was fine last time I flew and powered down????

take the battery out of the controller for about 30 seconds and see if it comes back. what mobile device are you using?

Thanks - that worked just fine ! Phew!!! I am using an iPhone 6 but about to switch to a dedicated Android tablet so I can use Tower

Well I guess I spoke too soon - went for a training flight of 45 mins came home. App said there was an upset available so do that. Powered up this morning and no Wifi. Did the unplug battery deal 3 times still no wifi. Tried to send a ticket to 3DR - error message ticket not sent.....depression setting in!!!
Only been in the air for 100 minutes since I bought it

there may be an issue with your controller. if you can't submit a ticket via the app, use the chat feature.
