Video from Hero 3+ is lagging

On my GPro Hero 3+ Silver, the video seems to be "jumpy" or kinda lags behind when I pan left or right with the drone. I notice it once I load it on my computer. I'm shooting in 1080p/30 on Medium field of view.

Is this what I can expect since its a Hero 3+, or should I change something?

I have had a similar problem with my GP4 black when downloading to my older (2010) iMAC and viewing 4k video using quicktime, the video runs for a second then pauses then jumps ahead. Viewing the same video on my newer (2016) 27inch iMAC or my Windows 7 Desktop, or my Windows 10 Laptop, the video looks fine. So, it could be you have a similar problem of not enough grunt in your computer? BTW, the older iMAC has 16GB of DRAM and a 256GB graphics card, a;; the other computers have similar amounts of DRAM (newer iMAC has 32GB) and all have 2gb Graphics cars in them. The major difference is the older mother boards and graphics card.

Try recording in 60fps and/or slowing down your turns.
