Tilting Tablet On Solo Controller

I have just installed Apple air 2 tablet on one of the extension adapters for mounting a tablet on the solo controller.
When you place it on a flat surface the tablet tilt's backward, due to the added weight. I have thought about using a U shaped foot in the back to help support it or adding extra weight to the bottom to counteract the tilt issue. Is there a tablet holder ( aftermarket ) that will prevent the tablet from tilting or a simple fix for this problem ?

The Air 2 weighs about 1 pound, without the protective case, a little over 2 .5 pounds with the protective case.
Any suggestions ??

IIRC, RAM mounts offers a compatible series of holders that can be mod'd to work better than stock. RAM Mounts - Mobile Mounting Solutions

As well others made an effort to tighten the connection between the ball and socket to limit the slippage. And then others tried supporting the devices like you suggested. Search is your friend....
