The follow me function

Everytime i try the follow me function it looks confused like it cant find me and im afraid its gonna crash can someone tell me if its normal and how it works.

Does your tablet have a GPS? Solo needs to know where you are in order to follow you.

Yes i have an LG tab 7 and ive tried to use my cell phone.

How it works is covered in the Solo User Manual (version 9), pages 57-59. Specific questions not answered there will be happily answered here.

Follow me is safe to use, but I would only use it in an open area.

I just got home from the park and tried the follow me again and it looks confused and cant find me and doesnt follow me

It wobbles alot in follow and im afraid its gonna wobble itself into a crash or fly away for my mobile device ive used my cell phone its the kyocera hydro wave and my tablet the LG g 7.

Has this happened to anyone does anybody have any tips or advice

i don't believe follow works any more on the LG G7. I contacted 3DR a long time ago about follow and some other functions and they told me some smart shots will no longer work with some devices because the phone basically did some upgrades and solo is not updating. Thats why i switched everything to solex.

Oh yea ill try my finances phone with gps with follow me and see if that works
