support ticket error

Hi, i´m traying for a few days to send a support ticket on the 3drobotics webpage and only receive mails from wordpress with a copy from my text and no answers for days, the first try was a week ago.

Are you sending the support ticket out of the Solo app?
Is anything actually coming from 3DR?

I generate a support ticket from www.3drobotics.com

Try sending one from the Solo app. Click on "support" at the bottom right corner. Then select "contact us" on the next screen. The next screen will allow you to submit a support ticket via email.
Maybe that will work for you.
