Stuck on preflight update

Bought a 3dr solo drone. I factory reset it. And bought the app Solex. It was a stressful but i got it working. Everything was fine until when i turned it on. My fly button was stuck causing the controller to factory reset. Since then, i have been stuck on preflight update. I tried to factory reset the solo drone but it doesnt do anything. I downloaded on the solo app the firmware but its not letting me install it. I suspect that the app isnt connecting to the controller. I also suspect that the controller isnt connecting to the drone. When i turn in the controller without the drone it doesnt say waiting for drone. Idk. Im stuck. Anybody can give me ideas?
