Solo rebuild: won't power on. Battery lights up then one Click sound

and then the battery shuts off. No beeps- no other solo lights-nada.

I know the battery is good . It's Working just fine on my other Solo. The motors are nearly new (mine)and the entire guts - motherboard , pixhawk, wifi etc -just purchased off eBay -allegedly pulled from a BestBuy returned solo. (I bought the same gear once before from the same seller and had no problems)

Can't find any info on the one Click then off syndrome

If the battery is immediately turning off, there is probably a dead short circuit somewhere.

I had a for parts Solo with this problem, the clicking sould was one motor twiching, indicating a bad motor pod. Watch the motors at startup and remove the twiching motor pod and Solo should power up then.
