Well today i did some mod on the solo adding a search flood light
i use this ....

+ a Velcro strap the felt side to prevent scratches
Voila ! hold it in place using the 2 legs screws

I'd like to find a single LED in a very lightweight housing to attach to the gopro. Could be wired with small highly flexible wire so it would even work with the gimbal. You'd have a flying searchlight!
