I find the iPad mini 2 to be a bit top heavy with the controller setup.
Also, out in the sun, the iPad "overheats" within about 1 battery in the full exposed sun, shuts down the device. Has happened several times, it's hot here, but not that hot.

Here in Texas I have no issue. I run a padihat though. Even ran 4 packs back to cl back to back to back....

I'll have to try the sunshade, the iPhone seems to have a much higher tolerance to overheat

Can you connect two iOS devices, one for follow me, and the other for safety pilot control? When I tried this the was no video feed on the second device, although I could connect both to solo wifi.
