Not that it's important to me...how do you record audio if the GoPro port is blocked?
 
It will still record - just not very well. The waterproof case lets sound in such that you can hear speech. That said, with 4 motors screaming and 4 rotors beating the air inches from the mic, you won't be getting much useful audio unless you're filming something like heavy artillery exercises...

Yup like Acroduster said. Those blades will pretty much drown out anything you are trying to capture audio on. Fireworks do come out pretty good, if you are close enough. Though you may need to do some post editing to maybe help with the noise. In the end, it may be too much work than it is worth.

If you are trying to capture audio from a gathering or party or wedding. I suggest capture the audio separately from a different device and edit it in. That way you can totally remove the Solo blade sounds, and have clear audio.
