Hello I just got my drone and I have done a full flight.

1) Can I get it above 150ft and how?

2) My app wont let me take photos or videos. (Using a Hero 3 white)

3) What is the latest version of the firmware? I want to make sure my drone is up to date

I can tell that you haven't read the manual before putting your drone in the air. Read that, and search this forum for any leftover questions. You can Google the 3DR Solo manual and download.

Like SARDG said, the manual will shed a lot of light on those questions. The max flight hieght is editable thru the app settings - manual. Your GoPro is not compatible with the gimble, hero 3+ and hero 4 are only compatible GoPro. You most likely have the latest firmware as the drone forces this update pre-first flight.
