Using Pixhawk Cube on heavy lifting Octo (X Config). When executing a command to fly to a waypoint, the vehicle flies to the right of the waypoint instead of straight to it. I have a second system that works correctly running the same configuration. Is this likely a compass/heading issue?

Further investigation shows that the yaw deviation occurs when pitching forward to increase speed and pitching back to slow down. The higher the speed, the more yaw deviation. It tends to yaw to the right.

Your IMU is either not calibrated properly, not mounted solidly, or is failing. The cross-axis feedback is a pretty good signal for that.
