That's a PixHawk "cube" on a carrier board. The "Green" PixHawk 2.1 cube is the CUBE ONLY that mounts on the Solo main board. It has better electronics than the Solo PixHawk 2.0 cube - and it drives the ESCs with 5 volts.
Incredibly hard right now, you have to watch Jesters for when they are in stock
and no one calls the Pixhawk anymore

The Green Cube upgrade doesn't require any soldering. It's just a replacement for the standard cube that's in there. It attaches by four screws.

Besides the four screws what else is invovled . Do I need this cube? Right now my solo is working great. What are the benefits of this cube?

yeah boat launch is one of the new firmware options
Smart RTL is the latest cool thing to come about
but the firmware just flies better, not sure if it is because the ESCs are no longer hobbled but it just seems more responsive and flies like a DIY

Is the Pixhawk 2.1 out of stock at the moment? I couldn't find it anywhere, or maybe I am not trying hard enough? lol
Hey pyrate i do want to upgrade to the mro gps but can't find one anywhere ebay. Amazon. I even went to the mro website clicked on it and it said website not found. Can u help me?
