You'll have to factory reset just the controller.

Yeah I tried that and it didn't work.

With the controller off, hold the Fly button and Power button for about 20 seconds. Then wait until it says it is finished.

You also should download the Solo user manual and read it. There is a lot of good info you need in it.

Ok great that sounds good. Someone said that I had to do a complete factory reset because my controller only says solo when I turn it on instead of open solo. But I'm going to go with your advice. Thankyou

If it just says Solo then you will likely end up at the Preflight Update screen. If so you'll have to update to Open Solo 4 to complete the Preflight Update. Follow the instructions here. Install Open Solo
