No GPS problems...as of yet

Purchased my 3DR Solo online at B&H Photo and the longest I have ever had to wait for GPS lock is 70 seconds.
Don't ask me how, but I have heard of other pilots waiting a very long time. I didn't do any mods either.
Fortunate Flyer Syndrome I guess. Glad I made this investment.

Paul, I have messed around with my Solo inside and mostly to setup that fickle camera and usually 7-9 Sats I get but it is low getting confirmation of them.
Like I said, I have been trying to work out problems with my camera on the gimbal since the camera will just turnoff and there are parameters that are very
troublesome to set. I do get video feed from the quad even if the camera is not setup right which is a problem since the video is not saved. Well, on GPS
lock, it is real fast outside with the mod on it and actually, the Nexus 7 is the slowest one on startup and sync! The reading for sats outside is 11 to 14 on
the ground and I am not complaining since it's the ver A. Just make sure it has a good lock on them before takeoff.
