New Gimbal and Gopro don't work.

Hi guys,

I have installed a new gimbal, i have 2 different issues :
- the motor of the gimbal don't turn on
- i have the vidéo stream but i can't command the gopro i have an error like gopro don't recognize

What should i do ?

What gopro do you have it has to be a 3+ black or a 4. Check the wires are not hitting on motor

I had this happen yesterday, I removed the battery on the solo and unplugged the gopro 4b, removed gopro and reinstalled, plugged back in and put solo battery back on. Powered up and all ok again.

Hi guys,
So it s a breathing red light... It s means factory defective gimbal... I m fucked i need to send back this product to united states and it s the same price than buy a new gimbal.
