My Dilemma

I'm filming the local fireworks display and I have one shot at getting it right. I'm a bit confused on what GoPro settings to use. Mainly the FPS. Being nighttime, it would make sense to use a lower framerate but wouldn't it also add a considerable amount of jello to the video? I've heard 60fps makes everything really smooth and from what I've tried, seems to work great. But if I can get stable video on 30fps I'll do that and up the resolution to 2K instead of 1080p(I have the HERO3+ Black Edition). I'll also be filming in ISO 400 so the blacks are really black.

Tips?
