live feed clarification?

Hi All,
I got my solo atlas, my only concern is when I press the record "red" button on my mini ipad, It wont display the actual feed I'm capturing its all blank screen.

I'd done all the update from
Ipad apps
Solo controller
Solo quad.

updated my firmware on my Go pro hero black 4 - done.

Just wondering if I miss something, please let me know..

Hi naza- welcome to the forum!

Not sure what "solo atlas" is. Are you getting a live feed before pressing the record button? Which iPad mini do you have?
Have you tried to start recording by pushing in on the gimbal "up-down" paddle?

Yes I'm getting a live feed before pressing the record button and I'm using Ipad mini 2 as well.

I did that already, still the same thing.

That's a new one on me. I would go to support on the 3DR website and start a chat session. Don't think that's available on weekends though.

You might try taking the battery out of the GoPro, putting it back in and then start everything again.

Or maybe a stick calibration. Sometimes it fixes things you wouldn't think it should.
