info Mission Planner or Tower Drone

Hi,
I hope not to write in a wrong place. I have a boat with APM board. I wanted to know if it was possible with mission planner or tower drone to create points on the lake. I can create waypoints but I do not care if the boat does a mission. I'm interested in deciding which waypoint to get to the boat without making a route. I hope to be explained.

GUIDED mode

• Does not require a dedicated switch, so don’t select it as a flight mode.
• Allows you to use a telemetry radio to specify waypoints on a map in mission planner.
• And “tell” the Rover to go to those waypoints.
• Allow you to use advance control behavior such as position or velocity controls.
