Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me out with identifying an old quadcopter with a model name and an equipment list.

the above is a manual I luckily stumbled upon and the copter featured is the actual thing I have. But I need to buy new batteries for it and I don't know what specs I should get. I found 2 batteries along with it;

a 2200 maH 11.1V 25c LiPo TENERGY Deans Connector and
a 2200 maH 11.1V 20c LiPo Turnigy XT60 Connector.

I should mention this copter is from over 2 years ago as a school project and it wasn't well organized. So could someone please tell me which of the 2 batteries, (25c or 20c) the copter will like most.

Also a kind of equipment list for the copter would be helpful and I think if someone could ID the copter with a proper name I could look up (rather than the one from the manual "DIY Quad Copter") then I will be well on the way to get this multicopter going.

Edit: I'm pretty sure that it is called the 3DR Quad-C. But I still need to know what battery to use.
