I'm the eBay seller, so they are legit. I bought them from Best Buy in February with plans on developing software and selling them as a special software and bundle combo. However, the time needed for such an undertaking changed and I was left with about 15 Solo bundles and 40 batteries. Since I needed the funds, I just liquidated at a loss.

FYI, I purchased the bundles for $299 + tax for $321. After the eBay and PayPal fees, I'm losing $$$ on every sale. My loss is everyone else's gain.
