I have one. Works fine with Solo and a fixed mount.
Image quality is good for the price. My only complaint is the battery life while recording and streaming video out the HDMI is pretty short (20 min). Otherwise I'm happy with it as a $75 camera.

Has anyone used the pigtail cable that comes with the firefly for the remote side of the solo gimbal? They supply a pretty good schematic for the wire hookups.

On my Firefly 6 the USB port is covered by the HDMI cable. When in use. Might be able to find an extension that would help.

Yes I get a video feed. I have to start recording before takeoff though.

For the life of me I can not get my firefly 6 to work on my solo, I have built a hard mount and took the hdmi feed right from the board, it works on my GoPro 4 blk, 4 silver
