how many time to download ?

Hello,
I got since I bought my bird some difficulties to do the post preflight mode.

I would like to know how many time you got to download the lastest version?
apparently the file should be 180Mb, and with all devices I have, few second are necessary (between 3 and 5)

Of course, impossible to me to proceed and progress .....
I guess a error during the download, but I cannot be sure.

do you have some feedback?

Duplicated the same on both iOS and Android. Not in a position to sniff out what's going on, but it looks like the package is not downloading...

agree with you
I don't have any andoid, only Apple devices.
I tried with 3 of them (ipad mini, old ipad and my iphone 6)
for each of them, exactly the same behaviour

I ignor how to check more

very frustrated I am
