Here GPS - install error?

So I just installed the Here GPS on my Solo and it booted up just fine, but it has two blinking Yellow lights and the controller says to Calibrate Compass.
I haven't installed Opensolo yet - its just a stock 3DS Solo with Here GPS .

Anyone have any advice on what I need to do to get the Here GPS to work?
I'd appreciate it..

Did you also disconnect the compass in the leg and replace that with the compass in Here?
If so it is just telling you that you need to calibrate the new compass

yes. I connected it to the here compass. Is that what the problem is?
My controller was saying "Calibrate Compass" but it wouldn't sync.

two things, you also have to change the compass orientation 38 to 0 I think
then calibrate
do you have solex?
